Our Warehouse Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring an uninterrupted flow of life-saving drugs through the medical supply chain. By handling essential tasks for receiving, storing, and shipping sensitive products, we directly support hospitals and doctors' offices in delivering crucial medical supplies to patients in need.

As a warehouse team member, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your efforts will help fulfill orders so our customers can provide the necessary products to care for their patients.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates with minimal or no warehouse experience! If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, you could be the perfect addition to our team. We provide comprehensive training from day one!

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Capability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire 8+ hour shift.

  • Willingness to work overtime.

  • Comfortable working at heights of 25-30 feet regularly.

  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

  • Strong ability to understand and accurately process paperwork in line with policies and procedures.

  • Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexibility and good multi-tasking abilities.

  • Experience with radio frequency (RF) scanners, voice picking, or material handling equipment (MHE) is preferred.

  • Familiarity with technologies, such as computers or point of sale systems, is a plus.

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established processes to fulfill orders by accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing items, inputting information into the computer, and preparing orders for shipment.

  • Participate in cross-training across various warehouse areas and engage in projects as needed, including order picking, outbound dock, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, and automated storage and retrieval systems.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing housekeeping and inventory control tasks. Required personal protective equipment includes, but is not limited to, steel-toed safety shoes and a material handling harness.

  • Be willing to train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as required. This includes order pickers (cherry pickers), pacer/counterbalance trucks, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

  • Adhere to all quality guidelines.

  • Work under a moderate degree of supervision with regular review of output by a work lead or supervisor.

  • Refer complex or unusual problems to your supervisor.

Pay Rate: $21.60 per hour (including shift differential)
