$300 SIGN-ON BONUS (paid after 4 months of full employment)

$16-$23 per hour depending on position and experience, with bonus potential!

Available positions (multiple spots per position available):

• Jr. Technicians, 1+ year irrigation experience required
• Sr. Technicians, 2+ year irrigation experience and certified backflow tester required
• Install Crew Leader, 2+ year irrigation experience, some plumbing experience required
• Field Sales Representative, knowledge of irrigation and lawn care (preferred), sales experience required
• Landscape Lighting Technician, 1+ year experience
• Office Staff, 1+ year experience

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with ability to be insured on our auto policy
• Ability to work Monday-Friday
• Reliable transportation to and from work (office is in Westerville, OH)
• Professional appearance

Job Responsibilities:

• Educate clients about system enhancements and conservation of water
• Evaluating and estimating repairs to an irrigation system
• No drama
• Residential service and repair
• Perform system audits/assessments
• Great communication skills with customers and rest of Conserva team
