If youre looking for a career where you can be part of the action as we continue to grow our iconic brand We got you!/ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/ppstrongReactive Maintenance/strong/ppPerforms demand repairs on restaurant equipment and property as identified through work orders entered into MyTech-Connect/ppProactively creates and completes work orders for critical issues found during restaurant visits not entered by operations/ppstrongPreventative Maintenance/strong/ppPerforms preventative maintenance service as outlined in PM work orders/ppCreates work orders for needed repairs identified during PM./ppstrongProper Utilization of MyTech-Connect System/strong/ppEnsures work orders are completed in the time frame identified by the priority codes assigned to the work orders by organizing and planning daily work load/ppMaintains accurate parts and company owned tool inventories/ppEnsures warranty process for company restaurants is followed/ppReports the condition of equipment and property as well as maintenance status to assist with capital planning/ppstrongPersonal Development/strong/ppParticipates in Individual Development Planning process/ppCompletes required safety training to comply with company guidelines/ppStays current on industry standards/ppExpected Work Location (Field): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at Wendys Restaurants or to other field locations as designated by the Company. When not working at a Wendys location, you are permitted to work remotely. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidates job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.
