What You'll Be Doing:

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls related to a variety of service inquiries.

• Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Consistently meet key department performance metrics.
• Provide functional support across areas including:
  • Cash Management products and services.
  • Online (client website) and Mobile app support.
  • General account or financial related inquiries.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet one of the following criteria:

• College Degree
• Previous Contact Center Experience

Pay & Schedule Details:

• Pay Rate: $19.17 per hour
• Work Schedule: Shifts will be 8 hours, 5 days per week.
  • Availability Window: Monday-Sunday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Candidates must be flexible to work during this entire time frame.

Equipment Requirements for Training (Remote):

• Functioning computer (laptop or desktop - MAC or PC).
• Reliable high-speed internet (MUST be able to plug into the ethernet. No direct Wi-Fi).
• Quiet, professional workspace and a phone line.
