A leading law firm in Boston's central business district with a strong corporate practice is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support attorneys within its corporate practice. The firm operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for delivering high-quality legal services to a sophisticated client base.

About the Role
• Provide administrative and client service support to attorneys within the corporate practice.
• Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and other administrative documents accurately and efficiently.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences and travel arrangements.
• Track attorney and paralegal billable time and support monthly billing processes in collaboration with billing specialists.
• Process expense reports, check requests, and related administrative documentation.
• Initiate client intake processes, including conflict checks and engagement documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, communicating with professionalism and tact.
• Coordinate administrative workflow on attorney matters, including collaboration with document support and other resources.
• Maintain organized records and support day-to-day practice operations.
• Participate in training to enhance proficiency with firm systems and tools.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflow and responsiveness.
About You
• 5+ years of administrative or legal support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
