The Office Administrator / Accounting Clerk plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and financial processes of the company. This position is responsible for a combination of administrative and basic accounting functions, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
This role supports leadership, accounting, and operations by ensuring office processes run efficiently, financial records are accurate, and internal and external communications are handled professionally. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats within a small, growing organization.
