Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Warehouse Worker for a Temp to hire opportunity!

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay rae is $17.00/hour. Work is in West Columbus.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lumper to join our team. This position is responsible for manually unloading containers, performing basic warehouse duties, and may include operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manually unload containers by hand (lumping)
-Label products and prepare them for storage
-Wrap and organize pallets
-Assist with general warehouse cleanup
-Put away inventory in designated areas
-Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
-Operate a forklift (if certified) to move or stage products

Qualifications:
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
-Previous warehouse or lumping experience preferred
-Forklift experience a plus (certification may be required)
-Reliable and punctual
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
