Overview

The Low Proof Spirits Brand Ambassador plays a vital role in the growth and visibility of Superior Beverage Group's low-proof spirits portfolio. This role focuses on elevating brand presence in the marketplace, driving consumer awareness, and strengthening retail and account relationships. Through strategic merchandising, advocacy, and executional excellence, the Brand Ambassador ensures our low-proof brands stand out and delivers measurable impact.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: Day Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Brand Execution & Merchandising
    • Develop, execute, and maintain strategic planograms across retail outlets.
    • Build impactful, on-brand point-of-sale displays to maximize visibility and conversion.
    • Ensure consistent on-shelf availability, proper facing, and premium product placement.
    • Maintain high execution standards aligned with company and supplier expectations.
  2. Retail & Account Partnership
    • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key retailers and account stakeholders.
    • Conduct routine account visits to monitor inventory, troubleshoot challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide product education and sales training to retail staff to enhance advocacy and product knowledge.
  3. Sales & Market Support
    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support promotional programs and field activations.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to recommend actionable strategies.
    • Deliver accurate, timely reporting on field activities, brand performance, and execution of metrics.
  4. Brand Events & Consumer Engagement
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and hosting in-store tastings, consumer samplings, and brand-driven events.
    • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, acting as a frontline ambassador.
    • Support marketing campaigns and new product launches with aligned field execution.
  5. Compliance & Professional Conduct
    • Ensure all customer service issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Complete all required training and certifications as directed.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to alcohol sales and distribution.
    • Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices.
  6. Organizational Stewardship
    • Maintain open communication with company leadership and staff to support a collaborative work environment.
    • Take initiative to understand roles beyond your own to support succession planning and organizational agility.

    • Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the Company.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   1. Education - Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
  2. Experience - ten (10) or more years sales and management experience, prefer CPG industry
  3. Licensing - valid Driver License
  4. Previous experience in sales, brand ambassadorship, merchandising, or related fields preferred.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with merchandising software is a plus.
  8. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  9. Understanding alcohol regulations and marketplace compliance.
  10. Must hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and be comfortable with frequent travel.
  11. Ability to regularly lift and maneuver 35-pound cases and 168-pound kegs.
  12. Ability to stand, walk, and travel throughout the day across multiple retail locations
