salary: $19.16 - $19.17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 10 PM

Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for clients, you will handle incoming calls related to a variety of financial service inquiries:
- Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Consistently meet key department performance metrics.
- Assist clients with Cash Management products, Mobile/Web app troubleshooting, and general account inquiries.
- Sunday - Saturday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Training (First 3 Weeks): Fully Remote.- Must have a functioning laptop or desktop to complete training
- Post-Training: Transition to Onsite work at the Columbus office.
