This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and all cycle count functions./ppStarting Pay Rate - $21.00 per hour/ppOur benefits include:/pulliPaid vacation and paid holidays beginning day one of employment/liliUp to 5 bonuses per year based on plant performance/lili401(k) with company match up to 4%, plus an annual 2% contribution/liliFree Safety Shoes/liliFree Prescription Safety Glasses/liliTuition Reimbursement/liliMedical, Dental and Vision insurance beginning day one of employment/liliShort Term and Long-Term Disability Benefits/liliFitness Reimbursement/liliMonthly Employee Appreciation Events/liliEmployee Assistance Program/liliFree Basic Life Insurance (2x your salary)/li/ulpEssential duties and responsibilities:/pulliPerform cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials to ensure inventory accuracy (multiple facilities)/liliRun cycle count variance reporting in JDE and Reports Now/liliInvestigate inventory variances discrepancies identified from above reports/liliAssist with cycle counts for spare parts storerooms research variances as required/liliComplete month-end and year-end inventory counts/liliComplete off-site physical inventory counts at the direction of the manager/supervisor/liliClimbing and tape dropping onsite silos up to 70 tall to verify inventory levels/liliMaintain various record keeping/liliComply with established safety rules/liliComply with company policy and procedures/liliMaintain constructive working relationships with co-workers and supervisors/managers/liliMaintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy/liliPerform other duties as assigned to satisfaction of supervisor/liliProvide personal transportation between all sites/liliMay be required to work some weekends to complete quarterly/annual physical inventory process/li/ulpQualification skill requirements:/ppRequired: Warehouse experience. Proven experience driving a forklift, good communication skills, demonstrates accountability and self-motivation, ability to work as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge and skills./ppPhysical demands:/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to hold, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must lift, carry and/or move up to 100 lbs. frequently. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. In addition, mobility to cover 2 facilities (North South Plant) is required./ppWork environment:/ppThis position works in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Noise level commensurate with large machinery. Ear and eye protection must be worn at all times and steel toed shoes and long pants are required.
