Operations Departments operate in a warehouse, or a manufacturing environment and associates are subject to moderate amounts of dust, dirt, and odors, primarily produced by packaging materials and the operation of propane-powered forklifts as well as noise primarily produced by production equipment. Temperatures during the year will vary. Frequently operate a computer, read, write and interact with others in person, over the phone and via other devices. As a condition of employment with NX Automotive Logistics USA, Inc., any successful job applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and to successfully complete a background investigation./ppWarehouse Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliReceive incoming inventory items and stocks in proper locations./liliPick and pack inventory items according to the production schedule and customer specifications./liliStage and ship inventory items according to the production schedule and customer specifications./liliOperate Powered Industrial Vehicles including forklifts, tuggers, stock pickers, turret trucks, high pay pickers, pallet jacks, etc., in order to fulfill business/customer needs and delivery./liliReport any problems or concerns immediately to leadership; Report suggestions for improvements on a process to improve quality/safety within the job./liliMaintain working knowledge of production systems and perform various tasks within the system./liliFollow 5s standards and keep a clean and safe working environment in specified area/department./liliObserve all safety precautions and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment./li/ulpPositions available for First, Second or Third shifts. Warehouse Production Associate Qualifications:/pulliMust pass pre-employment physical to test ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently; squat, stand, walk, twist bend consistently for entire work shift./liliBackground check and drug test required./li/ul/div
