Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Bin Store team. This role involves assisting customers with card payments, conducting product inspections, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  
  
• Process card payments quickly and accurately using a POS system
  
  
• Inspect items for quality and confirm pricing prior to checkout
  
  
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues or concerns
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end and checkout areas
  
  
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety standards
  
  
• Support the team with light stocking or organizing as needed

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  
  
• Must be comfortable handling card transactions and using a register or POS system
  
  
• Strong attention to detail for product inspection
  
  
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
  
  
• Must pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screen
