Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Marketplace - Fully Remote role.

We are supporting a large-scale Client Marketplace initiative. The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and processing applications from prospective sellers seeking to onboard onto the client's Marketplace platform. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to screening guidelines, and sound decision-making.

This is a remote opportunity with strong potential for long-term engagement and conversion to full-time employment.

Position Details

• Key Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate new seller applications from overseas countries of incorporation.
• Approve or decline Marketplace seller applications based on defined onboarding and compliance requirements for both inbound and outbound sellers.
• Review and adjudicate appealed seller applications.
• Ensure all reviews are completed accurately and in compliance with documented screening workflows and policies.
• Analyze and apply information from multiple systems and data sources to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share feedback, trends, and process improvements.
• Required Experience
• 1-2+ years of experience in:
  
  • Customer service
  • Retail operations
  • Administrative or operational support roles
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in decision-making.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple systems.
• Strict adherence to documented workflows, guidelines, and screening requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Language Requirements (Bilingual Preferred)
