Perks include perfect hours for a balanced work schedule, employee discounts on Bundt Cake and retail, health insurance for FT employees, a casual uniform, and a fun and joyful environment./ppBakery hours are Monday - Wednesday, 9am-6pm / Thursday - Friday, 10am-7pm/Saturday, 9am-7pm / Sunday -11am-4pm./ph3Accountabilities/Duties:/h3ulliManually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards./liliMonitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines./liliGathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains./liliPerforms routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom./liliCleans sanitizes and restocks the workstation and ensures all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift./liliMonitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required./liliAssists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery./liliSupports other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed./liliComplies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene./liliMaintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/h3ulliIs able to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents such as operating procedures and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities./liliHas the ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time./liliCan evaluate processes, information, and surroundings to determine compliance with standards./liliPossesses the discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards./liliIs diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision./li/ulh3Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:/h3ulliApplicants must be 18 years of age or older./liliWhile no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus./li/ulpCompensation: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour/ph2Join Our Growing Family/h2pFrom Happy Birthday to Just Because, Nothing Bundt Cakes is committed to bringing joy to our guests and our communities and helping make every celebration sweeter!
