Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
• Listen actively to customer concerns and needs
• Schedule appointments and manage service requests
• Advise customers on recommended service and repair options
• Prepare service orders and ensure accurate billing
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized service area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a service or hospitality role preferred
