Shared Living Staff is a caregiver who provides in-home support for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and/or Mental/Behavioral Health Challenges. They offer personal care, household help, and community integration, a hands-on role in fostering independence and connection. Ensures consistent care, help with daily routines, and become an integral part of the resident's life, requiring patience, empathy, and specialized training. SHARED LIVING STAFF LIVE RENT FREE WITH SALARY.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting with meal prep, medications, managing housekeeping, transportation, and accessing community activities, teaching life skills, promoting independence, and encouraging community participation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: DRIVERS LICENSE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D and ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
