We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory requirements related to Medicare sales and marketing guidelines. The Senior Manager, Agent Oversight & Material Review role is critical in ensuring compliance with State and CMS regulations while driving operational excellence. The individual will independently assess the impact of evolving State and CMS guidance, manage the Agent Oversight and Material Review improvement processes and provide leadership with timely updates on implementation progress and risk status.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement regulatory and sub-regulatory guidance from State agencies and CMS.
• Manage compliance processes for Medicare sales and marketing, including agent oversight and material review.
• Assess regulatory changes and proactively identify operational impacts and risks.
• Provide leadership with clear, actionable updates on compliance status and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements to ensure adherence to regulatory standards while supporting business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing State and CMS regulatory and sub-regulatory guidance.
• Strong independent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience in a managed care setting.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels within a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (SNPs).
• Knowledge of CMS communication and marketing requirements.
• Proficient with Adobe Workfront, QuickBase, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with the CMS HPMS process for marketing material submissions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $149,328.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
