First Shift: Monday -Thurs, 9-7:30 PM.
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Summary: Taking boxes off the end of a conveyor belt and placing them on the appropriate pallet. Shrink rap the pallet of boxes and use a pallet jack to place them on a semi- trailer, if there is a trailer to load.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Moving pallets around on the enclosed dock
• Going onto truck with PJ, to pull materials, stage the skids for receiving
• Once product is received, contingent worker will be advised where to place within the warehouse.
• Handling a box cutter, breaking down packaging materials and recycling
• QC packages as they come down to ensure the shipping label is placed

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good organizational and communication skills

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to operate in a production-driven environment and perform at a level that is 95% or greater of engineered standards.
2. Physical activity requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing.
3. Ability to lift up to 10-25 lbs.
4. Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
5. Associate is required to stand, walk (or otherwise be mobile).
6. Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
