Offering Manager

Role Summary:

As the Offering Manager for Product Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling a compelling portfolio of software engineering services tailored to the US market. You will collaborateacross multiple teams to define offerings that meet customer needs, build customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

1. Service Design & Strategy:

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities.
• Design innovative services to expand and differentiate the service portfolio.
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for the offering portfolio.

1. Sales Enablement:

• Create go-to-market strategies, compelling value propositions, and attractive business models for the offering portfolio.
• Develop playbooks, presentations, and training materials to empower sales teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert during client meetings and sales pitches, providing guidance to win deals.

1. Portfolio Positioning:

• Partner with the marketing team to position services effectively at industry events, partner conferences, etc.
• Develop targeted content, such as white papers, blogs, and case studies, to promote the service portfolio.

1. Collaboration & Execution:

• Work with delivery teams to ensure service readiness, scalability, and quality.
• Support delivery teams in identifying innovations to increase client value.
• Nurture an ecosystem of partners to leverage best practices and new technologies.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and sales teams to refine the service offering.

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years in offering management, product management, or a related role within IT professional services or software engineering companies. Experience in fast-paced, growth-focused organizations is highly desirable.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US IT services market and enterprise-level software engineering needs.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated Experience in Software Engineering: Agile Development, Cloud-Native Applications, and Product-Centric Operating Models.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple business areas.
• Familiar with AI-powered Software Engineering practices and tools is desirable.
• Expertise with human-centric design practices and tools is a plus.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
