System Architect - Salesforce

We're seeking a Salesforce System Architect to lead the strategic planning, delivery, and operation of IT systems supporting our organization. Leadership and communication skills to align technology solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT leaders to develop technology roadmaps that support strategic objectives.
• Oversee Salesforce solution design, delivery, and ongoing optimization across multiple workstreams.
• Provide technical direction and ensure solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise-grade Salesforce projects.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience; certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and solution design.
• Strong understanding of data management, integration, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; experience in Agile and SAFe environments.
