Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our top clients based in Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote, temporary role.
Schedule: 9AM to 6PM PST

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional customer service with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to support team performance.
  • Assist the manager in identifying process improvements and maintaining standards for production and quality.
  • Perform a variety of support functions to support departmental processes.
  • Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Use established procedures to resolve straightforward problems with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and team members.
  • Work as an individual contributor under direct supervision with limited autonomy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Escrow experience preferred, but not required.
