About the role

The Per Diem Therapist is an integral part of the primary care treatment team. They will manage clients with medical and eating disorder concerns. This includes providing skill training through patient education strategies and developing specific behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans for patients. The Consulting Therapist will assist primary health care providers in recognizing and treating clients.

What you'll do

• Work with a multidisciplinary team in multiple locations, and clinics, to address psychological and eating disorder needs of clients.
• Participates in staff and/or treatment team meetings and huddles.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team in multiple locations, and clinics, to address psychological and eating disorder needs of clients.
• Maintains thorough documentation of client meetings and progress.
• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
• Update Slack channels as needed.
• Participates in attending staff meetings, treatment team meetings, and huddles.
• Responding to and reading emails, taking patient related phone calls.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Licensure in state they live in
• Must be licensed in the state of South Carolina
• At least two (2) years experience providing eating disorder care.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems .
• Efficient in Google systems as well as Slack, Verifiable, Medtrainer, Trainual.
• Masters level training or equivalent in area of specialization.

• Must be able to operate a computer and navigate applications within a smart-phone, iPhone, MacBook computer and/or tablet.
• Must be able to converse with colleagues via telephone and computer programs.
• Able to sit for the majority of shifts.
• Must have reliable internet connection.
• This is a work-from-home position. Work should be performed in a private, quiet space with minimal background noise.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
