Handles Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) electronically, requiring efficient management and consolidation with other payment types
Position Responsibilities:
Build and maintain productive relationships with reseller and/or referral channel partners to drive business and ensure partners are up to date with new products, changes, and features.
Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and implementation teams to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets through assigned channels, including managing campaign execution, leading webinars, and assisting with channel onboarding projects.
Conduct regular training sessions for reseller partners on products and services, as well as documentation, security, and compliance needs.
Collaborate with reseller partners to ensure mutual clients' needs are met and provide regular feedback to internal teams on the status of the partnership.
Ensure partners are meeting contractual obligations.
Attend trade shows and conferences to network with reseller partners, stay current on industry trends and best practices, and promote products and services.
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in channel partner management or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and remittance processing space.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security regulations.
Experience with remote selling and virtual presentations.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
