Civil Litigation Defense Attorney - Remote
Growing Multi-Office Litigation Firm
A highly regarded, expanding litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join itsdynamic team. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious attorney who wants hands-on responsibility, meaningful mentorship, and long-term growth inside a firm that genuinely values its people.

This role offers far more than routine file management. You'll work closely with senior leadership and, depending on experience, may take primary ownership of your own caseload. - Court appearances
- Discovery & motion practice
- Depositions & mediations
- Direct client interaction
- Trial preparation
- Site inspections & hearings

- Base Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)

- Preference for candidates located in SF Bay area for in-person litigation responsibilities as needed
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
