Could you be our next SVP, Operational Strategy & Process Transformation? Globe Life is looking for an SVP, Operational Strategy & Process Transformation to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of enterprise process improvement initiatives that enhance consistency, efficiency, and operational effectiveness across acquisition and sales administration. This role partners closely with senior leaders to establish scalable operating models, mature project management practices, and introduce performance metrics, while directly managing a small team of business analysts. The role serves as a senior advisor and driver of process optimization, with responsibility for shaping business cases, managing project execution, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
