Job Summary:
The Sales Support Partner is a hybrid support role that helps Sales focused associates navigate systems, workflows, and day-to-day production needs. The role has two significant components: first, acting as a hands-on guide for new Loan Officers during their first 90-120 days. Second, they will support the field by being a reliable resource for existing Loan Officers to answer quick questions, reinforce training, identifying workflow gaps, and providing light production support to keep the field productive and well supported.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new production staff during their onboarding and early production.
- Guide Loan Officers through systems, workflows, and daily expectations including LOS navigation, CRM basics, ticketing, and internal communication channels.
- Reinforce training content by answering follow-up questions and translating concepts into practical application.
- Direct new Loan Officers to the appropriate departments to resolve issues and avoid delays or silos..
- Track common questions, identify gaps in onboarding, and communicate feedback to Production Support and Training.
- Support both initial and ongoing adoption of all sales technologies, workflows, and tools through coaching and reinforcement.
- Assist with generating and updating relevant job aids, how-to guides, and internal learning tools.
- Act as an admin for our CRM and POS platforms
- Provide light production coverage for branches when an LOA or Production Support associate is out.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of users within Production Support systems when necessary, ensuring accurate data integrity.
- When needed: assist on projects related to the selection, design, testing, and rollout of new software or workflow updates.
- Help facilitate workflow discussions, testing cycles, launch readiness, and early-stage feedback loops.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities to decrease turn times, improve data quality, and reduce friction for the field.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Training, Secondary, IT, and Compliance to resolve incidents end-to-end, including research, testing, and follow-through.
- Stay current on mortgage industry trends, guidelines, and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Seek Feedback: Host regular and timely communication with associates and Manager.
- Be willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
- Have strong organization skills, the ability to learn quickly, and accuracy/timeliness in completing tasks.
- Perform all actions in accordance with policies and procedures of the company.
- Expected to meet productivity guidelines of the position.
- Effectively use software specific for the position and Microsoft office products.
- Work well with other members of the EHL team and be willing to fill in when needed.
Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position
: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS required per the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant
- Familiarity with Encompass, Total Expert, nCino, Mortgage Coach, BombBomb.
- Demonstrated success in juggling competing priorities and deadlines.
- Exercise good judgment and strong character, motivated, hard working.
- Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients and vendors.
- Good communication skills. Neat, clean, healthy work habits.
Physical Requirements
: - Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift, which may include extended periods of sitting and/or standing. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment.
- May be required to drive for business purposes and if so, must hold a driver's license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with EHL's Auto Insurance policy.
Compensation: The base hourly range for this position is $15.34 - $27.79 per hour, depending on a number of factors including location and experience. If applicable, associate may be eligible for per-file incentives, commissions, bonuses or other variable earnings as determined upon hire.

Basic Life/AD&D insurance for eligible associates as well as a Short-term Disability benefit are provided by Evergreen. Additional Voluntary Life/AD&D, Long-term Disability benefits and Legal/ID protection plans paid for by the associate are also available. Associates are automatically enrolled in Evergreen's 401(k) plan. Personal Time Off (PTO) of up to 13.34 hours may be earned monthly and associates may enjoy 9 paid holidays each year.
