Our single origin olive oils are just that, and they come in an easy-to-use squeeze bottle that makes everything more fun.Graza is looking for a Director of Sales, Grocery to join our growing team, on a mission to unlock incremental distribution and maximum growth in the Olive Oil category, as well as exciting new future categories. The Director of Sales, Mass & Club will report into the VP of Sales. The role is remote, with preference given to candidates that live in Minneapolis or Northwest Arkansas
The Director of Sales, Mass & Club will lead high volume and strategic customers: Walmart, Target & Sam's Club. This role is responsible for full account management, top and bottom line results and execution excellence across all grocery customers.
This individual will drive revenue growth, expand distribution, and bring Graza's new product categories to market with excellence. They will collaborate closely with Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Demand Planning to deliver a fully integrated commercial plan that showcases the total value of Graza's investments and builds long-term customer partnerships.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, and who can balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
