Job Full Description

• Mechanical Assembly of a variety of simple to complex metal cabinetry to supply essential businesses. (not an "assembly line" environment)
• OTJ training provided, specific to the product being assembled.
• Will work in tandem with an experienced and seasoned Assembler already on staff.
• Must be focused, driven to produce precise "show room quality" finished products.
• Versatile, fast paced department requiring dependable and accountable team members who exhibit results that are consistently "a cut above" in accuracy & detail orientation
• .
  2-3 yrs. knowledge + experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
  ^ Ability to read and accurately interpret prints +/or schematics.
  
  ^ Mechanically inclined: demonstrated experience in ability to use a variety of power/air and hand tools including riveting.
  ^ Ability to lift between to 10-75 lbs. with regularity.
  
  ^ Experience in application of the following: Silicone + Butyl Sealants; Gaskets etc.
  
  ^ Physical ability to stand, squat, bend, reach, pull and push during course of an 10 hour shift.
  
  ^ High attention to detail & fine tactical ability.
  
  ^ Organizational skills.
  
  ^ Pallet jack experience
  ^ Ability to take direction; work independently as well as a part of a team.
  ^ Contribute to team dynamics, offering solutions to move projects forward
