Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications willnot be considered.

This position is available for an Elementary Intervention Specialist with a focus on Special Education. Candidates with experience in moderate to severe special education needs are preferred; however, those with mild to moderate experience will also be considered. The role is based in an elementary school setting in Dublin, OH, and is offered as a contract position for the current school year with a start date as soon as possible and an end date in mid-May.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instructional support to a caseload of 12-16 students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students requirements
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Special Education teaching
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in moderate to severe special education settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively while meeting instructional goals
• Clean background record is required
