General Manager – Wendy's – The Wendy's Company

As a General Manager, you oversee all people and operations for your Wendy's restaurant. You create and sustain a fun, inviting work environment and model Wendy's core values.

You and your leadership team will work together to create a culture of consistency and performance to drive customer service, training and development, sales & profit growth, and accountability across the entire restaurant team. You will manage the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue growth, customer service and process improvement.
