Walk Salt Crew / Landscape Technician - Columbus, OH

ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping. We are hiring for a Walk Salt Crew team member that will transition into a Landscape Technician in the Spring.

Pay & Incentives:

• Base pay from $18.50/hr.
• Snow premiums: +$2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid @ the end of snow season
• $500 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments)
• Safety gear provided

What You'll Do:

• Salt, and/or shovel snow
• Trim, Edge, Mulch, Spring and Fall Cleanups
• Maintain quality and safety in all work
• Communicate with dispatch during weather events
• Work on-call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed)

• Spanish bilingual skills valued

Job Type: Fulltime
Hours: approx. 40 hrs. (weather dependent)
Location: Columbus, OH
