On Call Weekend Caregiver at Right at Home Columbus (Delaware and Franklin Counties)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on someone's life? Right at Home is looking for a dedicated caregiver to provide personal care, homemaking, and specialized services to our wonderful clients.

We Offer:

• Pay of $15-$17/hr
• HIRING BONUS
• On Call Flat Rate will be added to typical hourly rate!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide homemaking services to ensure a comfortable and clean living environment.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate atmosphere for the client.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of professional caregiving experience OR currently certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must have valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable independent transportation.

On Call Requirements:

• Caregiver is on call from 5p Friday to 8a Monday
• Must be available to get to a client within 30 minutes of call
• Must be willing to work any shift (evening, overnight, morning)
• Must be willing to go to any client (pets, gender, location)
• Must not be scheduled for shifts on the weekend of on call
