This role starts at $17.50 an hour.

What You'll Do

• Park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining a secure and organized key system
• Greet residents and guests with professionalism; assist with carts, packages, and call-ahead vehicles
• Respect resident vehicles and preferences, ensuring care and attention at all times
• Monitor garage flow and security, including rounds, camera checks, and guest access protocols
• Support maintenance/janitorial needs such as trash/recycling prep, small cleanups, and minor maintenance tasks
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garage, valet area, and equipment

• A professional, customer-service focused demeanor with clear, respectful communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
• A clean, polished appearance and reliable attendance
• Willingness to assist with light maintenance or janitorial tasks as needed
• Commitment to security and safety in all aspects of the role
• A willingness and ability to be on-call, work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
