We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage multi-million-dollar ERP implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation, with hands-on experience using MS Project and other project management tools.

This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of SAP/ERP projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Utilize MS Project and Project Online/Server for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Define project activities, responsibilities, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and implement effective communication plans.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs including schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including SOWs and contract deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore and offsite resources.
• Manage up to three concurrent projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $5M.
• Ensure alignment with organizational processes, methodologies, and governance models.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP/ERP implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing project budgets between $500K and $5M.
• Proficiency in MS Project and strong experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Project Online/Server or similar PPM tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience in risk and issue management.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations.

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with cross-team/project coordination and mentoring junior PMs.
• Familiarity with the PMI Talent Triangle: Technical Project Management, Leadership, and Strategic Business Management.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of SAP solutions at a high level.
