As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a retail location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service will play a key role in supporting a positive environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the retail environment.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor the premises to observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents.
• Assist with emergency response activities as required by site protocols.
• Interact professionally with visitors, customers, and/or employees to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
