Open new accounts and grow existing customer relationships by cross-selling or referring the bank's products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person or by phone, assisting with all bank products and services.
Collaborate with branch management to maintain a customer-focused environment and contribute ideas to drive business growth and achieve customer relationship goals.
Accurately maintain and balance cash drawer, process night deposits, and service the branch's ATM as needed.
Support branch profitability through participation in sales and operational initiatives.
Assist branch management in coaching and developing teller staff to enhance skills and achieve branch sales objectives.
Facilitate warm hand-offs and work closely with tellers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide operational support to branch personnel, including teller line coverage, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Skills & Knowledge Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor required at all times.
Demonstrated customer service skills and experience in cash handling.
