Our client, a leader in cloud computing technologies, is seeking a Datacenter DCO Technician to join their team. As a Datacenter DCOTechnician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting server and network hardware operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to communicate technical information effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Datacenter DCO Technician
Location: Columbus, OH area
Pay Range: $23.50 per hour on Experis W2
*Must be US Citizen
What's the Job?
- Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
- Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.
- Utilize a solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices for diagnostics.
- Communicate advanced technical information to individuals with varying technical knowledge.
- Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development through effective collaboration.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with command line diagnostics and hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with hardware break/fix
- Good situational awareness and strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in a technical environment.
- Commitment to working 100% onsite with no overtime.
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while managing multiple priorities.
