The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the family office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the familys strategic goals. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, process optimization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse areas such as accounting and reporting, investing, cash management, philanthropy, and administrative support.
The Operations Manager will develop and implement operational policies, streamline workflows, manage key projects, and support governance and risk management processes. They will work closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery to the family and its enterprises.
