ABOUT THE ROLE

The Facilities Support Technician helps keep the building clean, safe, and running smoothly. Most of your day will be spent performing general cleaning and facility support tasks, with occasional minor maintenance activities such as replacing light bulbs or performing light touch-up repairs. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and making a visible impact on the workplace, this is a great fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

General Cleaning & Grounds Support (Most of the Role)

• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, restrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling
• Restock supplies
• Keep outdoor areas neat, including trash pickup, light weeding, and sweeping

Minor Facility Maintenance (Light, Non-Technical Tasks)

• Replace light bulbs
• Reset basic electrical breakers
• Perform minor painting and simple repairs
• Clear basic clogs and assist with minor facility adjustments

Other Support Tasks

• Distribute packages and deliveries
• Assist with snow and ice removal at entrances and walkways
• Support special requests as needed

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities support experience
• Reliable, self-motivated work style
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and use ladders
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Customer-focused attitude and good communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
