Earn a $1000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $1000 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by February 1, 2026. Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

Overview

Rogue is hiring Warehouse Pickers in Columbus, OH. Warehouse Team Members pick, pack, crate, and ship products to customers.

1st: 7:30am - 3:30pm

2nd: 4pm - 12am

3rd: 11pm - 7am

Starting pay $20-$22*

Pay increases to $22-$25.00* after 1 year

*Includes shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

1st Shift requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to identify, pick and pack outgoing customer orders
  
• Use Ipad or PC to perform quality checks on outgoing orders
  
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure order and packaging quality
  
• Lift and carry up to 80lbs
  
• Band and wrap outgoing freight orders
  
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks to transport products throughout the facility
  
• Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner
  
• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area
  

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication
  
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other PIT equipment
  
• This role requires continuous walking and/or standing for 7+ hours per day
  
• Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
