What You'll Do At Ability Matters, your role is centered on relationships, dignity, and meaningful outcomes.
- Create Impact: Support individuals in ways that uplift families and strengthen communities.
- Engage in the Community: Participate in local activities, events, and programs across Columbus and beyond.
- Build Skills & Confidence: Help individuals grow communication, life, and social skills while fostering independence.
- Provide Personalized Support: Tailor care to each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What We're Looking For - Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.

- Experience: Helpful but not required, heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
