Our nationwide law firm specializes in solving problems faced by entities that own or hold security interests in motor vehicles and other assets, e.g., banks, finance companies, and fleet companies. Due to the high volume of cases entrusted to us by our clients, we are expanding our team to meet that demand.

We are seeking an Ohio Notary/Legal Assistant, based in Ohio

Primary Needs:

• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing high-volume caseloads, and able to handle deadlines in a timely manner.
• Perform notarial acts, including administering oaths, witnessing signatures, and certifying documents.
• Maintain accurate notarization records and follow all state compliance requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in the use of and ability to learn job related technologies such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams; internet browsers; and case management software.
• Fully document all activity on the appropriate computer system.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.

Work Location: Remote

We operate fully remotely. All interviews and training will be conducted using Microsoft Teams. The successful candidate must provide their own computer equipment and internet service.
