The IT Support Specialist provides end-user support for technical issues and supports the IT Infrastructure/Systems.
Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT-related systems
Create and manage user accounts and access
Perform Office 365 and network administration
Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records
Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary
Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training
Office 365 Administration
Microsoft Office Experience
Active Directory Experience
Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Experience
Networking Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc. Experience Preferred
Mobile Device Management Experience
AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Experience
Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
Strong knowledge of IT support practices, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with business leaders and translate needs into IT solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
