Customer Service Specialist

This role provides customer service support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. The primary goal is to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure fair and effective resolution of claims and complaints, in alignment with consumer laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service across sales, promotions, and installation processes.
  • Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers.
  • Create improvement plans based on customer survey feedback.
  • Supporting outside sales reps requests
  • Answering inbound calls from phone que - not heavy volume
  • Order entry

Skills & Qualifications Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of customer service (call center preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Order Entry/processing orders in an ERP
  • Managing email inbox

Nice Haves:

  • Med Device background is a plus
  • SAP or Oracle
  • Checking and validating pricing
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Wood Dale, IL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
