Job Details

The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership while supporting a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR policies and practices align with the organization's goals. The HR Manager is a key resource for employees and managers, delivering guidance, resolving issues, and fostering an environment of trust and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, or policy violations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management & Development

• Manage performance review processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance feedback and employee development.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

HR Policy & Compliance

• Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Oversee documentation, personnel files, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor compliance with labor regulations, safety requirements, and company guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and open enrollment activities.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and problem resolution.
• Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations for competitive pay structures.

Strategic HR Initiatives

• Partner with leadership to plan workforce strategies and contribute to long-term organizational development.
• Lead HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, culture-building activities, diversity programs, and retention strategies.
• Utilize data and HR metrics to make informed recommendations and improvements.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5+ years of HR experience, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
