Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift and complete repetitive tasks working on the production line
- Attention to detail with ability to recognize defects, correctly sort product and count and load the correct number of items into store packaging
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors
- Count out correct number of product to load into packaging
- Ensure all items are facing the same direction before placing in store packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment
