Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair equipment, systems, or vehicles as assigned.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Identify technical issues and determine appropriate repair methods or parts needed.
• Complete service reports, documentation, and customer sign-offs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed, costs, and recommendations.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the service team and management to ensure timely job completion.
• Keep up to date with technical knowledge, tools, and best practices.
