What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute a 1-2 year product roadmap aligned with the company's revenue growth goals
• Collaborate across departments to identify and address business needs
• Manage and allocate an annual product development budget of $1-5M
• Conduct bi-monthly competitive analyses and lead ongoing market and user research
• Present weekly product updates to stakeholders and participate in quarterly business reviews

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 7+ years of total professional experience
• 5+ years of eCommerce experience in foodservice, B2B distribution, or major B2C retailers
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven track record of contributing to products generating $20M+ in annual revenue
• Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with agile methodologies in product development
• Ability to communicate business requirements effectively to product owners and stakeholdersFamiliarity with market research techniques and insights analysis
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
