Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through cruise and family-vacation options, destinations, and packages to create tailored travel experiences.
• Assist with bookings, modifications, payments, and cancellations while following vendor and company guidelines.
• Provide detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, resort stays, and travel requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
• Deliver a seamless start-to-finish experience—from first inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, client communication, and confirmed bookings.
• Stay current on travel industry trends, promotions, and exclusive partner offers.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
• Experience in travel planning, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred (cruise experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms, CRM tools, and social media.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
