Position Overview

We are looking for a Client Appointment Setter to join our remote team in the travel and hospitality sector. This role focuses on engaging with prospective clients, scheduling consultations, and supporting our specialists in delivering world-class travel experiences. Its an ideal role for those who excel in customer service, organization, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and schedule travel planning appointments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, email, or online platforms.
• Maintain appointment calendars and ensure accurate scheduling.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing the Destination Knot brand.
• Support travel specialists in the client consultation and booking process.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Previous Customer Service, Sales, or Hospitality Experience is Preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude.
